Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel the purchase of goods without having to give a reason within 24 hours of placing your order. Providing your goods have not been dispatched.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.
Returns
Due to the nature of our goods, we do not accept any returns unless the item is faulty. If the goods were personalised and it is our mistake with any spelling, the goods may be returned. All goods must be returned unopened and in an unused condition. We will cover the return postage (if we are at fault) but the goods must be returned by a signed for service. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Shipping
Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded. Royal Mail 2nd class post is not a guaranteed 2 day service, though most orders can arrive between 2 days and 5 days. At busier times of the year this may be even longer. However, please allow 10 working days for delivery ( time limit imposed by Royal Mail, not us ). Please note that these orders can be sent to all UK postcodes (including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands).
At the moment we only ship to the UK and Ireland. (Sorry)
Please also note all items are sent signed for, that will require a signature on delivery.
If your goods show as being delivered to you, and you state you've not received them then unfortunately you need to check with your local delivery office or neighbors. Sorry but we will not refund any payment when an item says delivered. This is why we use this service to protect us and you.
